Group Trip Cost Splitter (Excel + Printable Pages)

Travel with friends or family without the awkward money talk. The Group Trip Cost Splitter keeps track of who paid for what and shows exactly who owes whom, so everyone settles up fairly. Part of the Dream Vacation Collection.

What you get

• Excel workbook (.xlsx), blank + filled-in example. List up to 10 travelers, log each expense, and the Summary shows what each person paid, their fair share, and a short list of payments that settles everything.
• Fair splits: split an expense between everyone or only selected people. Give a child half a share, or a couple a double share, with simple share weights.
• Built-in checks: lines with a missing payer or nobody sharing are flagged so nothing is silently miscounted.
• Spending by category with a chart, plus total cost and average per traveler.
• 4 printable pages (US Letter): Group Trip Agreement, paper Expense Log, Settle-Up Worksheet and Trip Wrap-Up, plus an ink-saver PDF.
